Brewery of the Week

Knee Deep Brewing Company : In June 2010 Jeremy Warren founded Knee Deep Brewing Company, LLC. They are located in Auburn CA. They make a plethora of extremely hoppy world class IPA’s…. along with a few non-hoppy beers for the non hop-heads. We fully support Knee Deep and hope they keep up the great work.

Lupulin River, Imperial IPA.
Hoptologist, Double IPA 9% abv 102IBU
Simtra, Triple IPA .. Citra and Simcoe 11.2% abv 131IBU
Hop Shortage, Triple IPA …. Centennial, Chinook. 11.2% abv
Hop De Ranged, Quad IPA .. 13.1 % abv hop: all of them!
Tanilla, Vanilla porter.
