New this Week

Three new brews from Big Al Brewing out of Seattle, WA. Each Time Capsule release is a one-of-a-kind bottling.

July ’14 – A wild ale brewed with 100% Brett yeast. Light-bodied and complex with a dry finish. 4.2% ABV.

August ’14 – A wild ale brewed with 100% Brett yeast and dry-hopped for a tropical/citrusy brew with a touch of funk and a dry finish. 7.3% ABV.

October ’14 – A mixed-culture wild ale, this beer was partially fermented in the open air to encourage local yeasts to impart their distinct flavors.
