Ninkasi Critical Hit R&D Barley Wine – This rich, malty beast of a barleywine is balanced out by an addition of 12 pounds of hops per barrel. Notes of pine and grapefruit are backed by a caramel malt. 100 IBUs, 10.4% ABV.

Knee Deep Breaking Bud – An IPA with tropical fruit hop notes, a lot of resin and distinct dankness. 6/5% ABV.

Perennial Hopfentea – A Berliner-Weisse style wheat ale. Tart and spicy with bright tropical notes – perfect for a warm summer day. 4.2% ABV.

Prairie Artisan Ales/Saint Somewhere Collab: Prairie Somewhere – A sour farmhouse ale with citrus and floral notes and a nice dry finish. 7% ABV.
