Straffe Hendrik Bruges Tripel Ale 2014 WILD!: A version of the beer above, but with Brett yeast added. Effervescent and dry with a touch of funk. 9% ABV.

Gouden Carolus Easter Beer: A highly-rated Belgian Dark Ale. Strong and thick with notes cherry, raisins, toffee and caramel. 10.5% ABV.
