HenHouse Saison. This Saison is brewed with black pepper and coriander, which builds on the spiciness of the French Saison yeast. The grapefruit and orange peel you taste is from a slight Cascade hops addition. Wheat and pale malt give our Saison a dry, gently grainy finish. It’s a beer you can sit and think about, but you don’t have to. 5.5%
Hollow Moon. Do you like piña coladas? Getting caught in the rain of coconutty, pinappley hop-tacular dankness? This is Hollow Moon IPA and it’s great for sipping on at midnight in the dunes of Sea of Tranquility. It’s also lovely to drink on an Earthbound afternoon anywhere. Not overly bitter, not overly sweet or juicy, Hollow Moon is an intriguing beer that feels familiar but still has some secrets you haven’t figured out yet. 6.7%
Hollow Planet. From Jules Verne’s mind straight to your lips, this double IPA (formerly known as Hollow Earth) is a turbo-charged version of our Hollow Moon IPA. It’s a bigger beer with bigger flavor so we had to name it after a bigger, hollower thing. Oh, did you not know? Yep. our planet is hollow too. Like a big ol’ coconut and we live on the husk. Speaking of coconuts, all the coconutty goodness in your glass comes from Sorachi Ace hops. We added way more Mosaic hops than Sorachi Ace, but that coconut aroma out shines all of Mosaic’s cannabis character like a coconut tree sprouting up on a pot farm. 8.2%
Brouwerij West, Supercollider. The worlds of JUICY and DANK collide! The aftermath fuses flavors of tropical fruits, bright berries, and earthy pine straight upon your mouth mantle. The combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka Hops leaves you pondering the vast possibilities of the hop universe, while a blend of malted and raw barley, with raw oats, leaves every sip feeling like your tongue is in zero gravity. 6.5% **SOLD OUT***
Heater Allen, Zwickelbier. Brewer Lisa created this recipe after a visit to Mahr's Brau in Bamberg Germany. Nice and crisp with a refreshing finish, this is the perfect beer on a hot day! 5% ***SOLD OUT***
Urban Roots, Nothing is Certain. As we were brewing our very first Black Lager, Nothing Is Certain, I couldn’t help but think of Death And Taxes and how Moonlight Brewing was making killer lager while every other brewery was diving into the world of ales. The beer is meant to be an homage to Brian, Moonlight, and all the contributions he and his brewery have made to spread the love of well-made beer across Northern California. 4.3%
Calicraft, Tiki Time. This is a tropical wheat ale brewed with Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava. 6.5%
Fort Point, Strawberry Darling. This is a tart Berliner Weisse brewed with heaps of strawberries and a pinch of peach and plum. This charming beer strikes a balance between soft wheat and ripe strawberry, then finishes with a gentle, sour twang. Whether you’re on a city stoop or a farmhouse porch, Strawberry Darling is the perfect beer for slowing down and enjoying the moment. 4.7%
Prophetess. Sweet citrus and herbal aroma bring to mind iced tea. Light bergamot and fruit flavor from additions of Earl Grey tea and orange peel. Lactose sugar rounds out the body on this refreshing and easy-drinking blonde ale. 5%
Brother Neo. (Reloaded) is fresh and back for round two. We can't promise this beer can make you dodge bullets, but this Hazy IPA has phenomenal reflexes, knows King Fu, and is packed with Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra hops. NO SPOON NEEDED! 6.5%
Triple Panic. Are you ready for Triple Panic? It’s the Panic base you know and love, but we boosted the malt bill to give it the extra booze that makes this Triple IPA full-bodied and deceptively well-balanced. 3X the hops give it an aroma bursting with grapefruit and pine with a smooth finish of stone fruit. 10.5%
Blurred Lines. Living somewhere between a clear West Coast IPA and North East Hazy Juice Bomb. Big fruit aromatics contributed by the Mosaic and Citra Hops are complemented by lemon-zest and pine undertones from Centennial Hops. Then heavy doses of oat and wheat malt fermented with California ale yeast leave this beer a bit... "Blurry" about it's identity. Is it a real style? Nah... but do you care? 7.2%

This week's Alvarado Street Brewery & Grill is here!
All In Together Now. Back in June of 2019 we brewed this with our pals at Interboro NYC at their brewery / distillery in Brooklyn. It seemed fitting to bring this back, considering the times we are in, for a 2020 rebrew. We caught up with Jesse and Mike over zoom and decided to swap Haole Punch for their version of the recipe and brew both under the same name. Our version of the original collab is like a wallop of fruit punch and features jammy blackberry, candy-like pineapple & orange zest. 8% **SOLD OUT**
Juice Cruz. A rebrew of our collaboration with Real Ale Revival (RAR) Brewing out of Maryland, this is a tart milkshake double IPA brewed with peaches, apricots, milk sugar & vanilla. 8%
Cool! This makes it a bit easier to stop by as part of picking up a takeout dinner.
