Fresh cans from our friends at Narrative Fermentations just landed!

Drip. We added a generous dose of guava in this beer with the black currant adding some depth of flavor and intensifying the color to a beautiful hot pink. The lactose added a nice mid palate weight and a touch of sweetness while the vanilla bridges the flavors of the two fruits without being in your face. The result is a delicious, pillowy tart ale with candied guava and berry flavor for days! 6.6%

Tusk. This is a soft and pillowy Hazy DIPA showcasing a great depth of flavor with a fairly dry finish. The HBC 586 Cryo brings intensified flavors of mango, guava, and lychee that blend very well with the tropical and citrus flavors from El Dorado & Citra. While it's a bigger beer at 8.2% alc/vol, it drinks deceptively easy with a bright and clean finish.

26th Anniversary Ale. Our most anticipated Vintage Series release returns with a show stopping blend of six barrel-aged beers, created with the help of local winemakers to produce a masterwork of flavor. In addition to iconic Anniversary Ale components such as Parabola, Bravo, Helldorado and Velvet Merkin, XXVI also incorporates newer elements such as Whiskey Barrel Wheat Wine and Heavy Things Barleywine to attain its own distinct character. The result is an impossibly complex blend loaded with bourbon-accented flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and butterscotch. 11%

New fruited lambics from the legends at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen just arrived!

Perzik Geel. As local harvest has been non-existent for the last three summers, we looked farther to find the juiciest of peaches. Hence, for this Perzik, we macerated freshly hand-picked yellow peaches from an organic producer in the north of Spain. The weighted average age of the peach blend upon bottling is almost 24 months. The final proportion of fruit used is 384 grams per litre of Perzik. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambic. 6.7%

Perzik Rood. For this Perzik, we macerated red O’Henry peaches for almost five months in two-, three- and four-year old lambics. And we blended with even more four-year old lambics. This makes the weighed average of the complete blend clock in at almost 34 months upon bottling. The final fruit proportion is 390 grams of fresh peaches per litre of finished Rode Perzik. 6.2%

Wijnbergperzik. For this Perzik, we macerated German grown vineyard peaches (weinbergpfirsich) on two- and three-year old lambics. Maceration took a full four months, before blending with more two-year old lambics. This brings the weighted average age of this fruit blend to 26 months upon bottling. The final fruit intensity clocks at 362 grams of vineyard peaches used per litre of finished Wijnbergperzik. 6.5%

Pruim Mirabelle. For this Pruim, we macerated fresh picked-to-ripeness sweet Mirabelle plums. Maceration took a tad over four months. For both maceration and blending, we used over 90% of old lambics, both two-, three- and four-year old. The weighted average of this blend upon bottling is therefore almost 25 months. The final fruit intensity is 304 grams of plums per litre of finished Pruim. 7.3%

Rainbow Sherburps. The very first of our Sherburps fruity-ice cream inspired sour series just so happens to be the most nostalgic. Crammed with tart red raspberries, bright and punchy lime and a blast of orange zest are balanced with a restrained acidity and sweetness that makes this crazy drinkable. Like a boozy, spritzy fruited ice cream cocktail! 8%

Vengeful Barbarian. A hazy IPA brewed with the "holy trinity" of hops - Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. For maximum juice we utilized traditional T-90 hop pellets as well as lupulin rich cryo hops of all three varieties. A fierce medley of peach, melon and tangerine demand your attention before they are conquered by an assault of tropical fruit and berries. All this flavor uproar is tamed by heaps of oats & wheat that provide a soft, pillowy texture on the palate. One sip and you will feel victorious. Valhalla awaits. 7.2%

Motor Oil XVIII. For batches 11 - 20 of our Motor Oil stout, we’re reaching out to the best stout producers in the game to make the series collaborative and expand our interpretations of the style. For batch eighteen we teamed up with our friends at WeldWerks Brewing Co. in Greeley Colorado for our latest adventure in indulgence featuring Ceylon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans and dulce de leche. The perfume of Ceylon cinnamon permeates each sip and enlivens the palate coating richness of Madagascar vanilla. Then the irresistible flavor of freshly prepared dulce de leche slowly intensifies, takes hold, and stays with you long after the finish. 11.5%

Fresh West Coast IPAs just arrived from some of our favorite breweries!

Revision/Horus, Wing Tip. Effortlessly crisp and smooth, Wing Tip is a highly drinkable West Coast-style IPA, blending notes of orange, berry and dank from Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. 6%

Ghost Town, Gallows Humor. This West Coast DIPA is known to sell out shows and steal spotlights with an aromatic Mosaic + Riwaka Hop lineup and sharp 8.6% ABV. Gallows Humor brings smiles even though there is no brightness in our dark world with balanced notes of Pluot, Blackberry and Diesel and a tight, clean final flourish.

Societe, Blunt Object. This WCDIPA will hit you over the head with hops. The forceful ABV and unyielding nectar aroma of this specimen echo an earlier era of huge IPAs. Hopped with Citra, Comet, Idaho 7, Centennial & Mosiac. 8.8%

Happy Friday! We just stocked up on new hazy IPAs!

Casa Agria, Nectarnaut. This is a Hazy Pale Ale brewed with a base of golden promise with malted wheat. An exploritory dry hop that starts with experimental HBC 586 is launched into orbit with Citra, and our very favorite... Enigma. Enjoy another spacey brew! 6%

Casa Agria, Ghost Bat. This Hazy IPA is loaded with Nelson and Motueka hops from Freestyle Hops and Columbus Cryo, let it fly! 6.6%

Revision, Battle of the Lords. A hefty yet light on its feet double hazy IPA, Battle of the Lords will slay ya with flavah and crush yer aromatic senses with a definitive hop punch. Galaxy and Vic Secret provide a one-two combo with notes of passionfruit, pineapple, orange and lime. 8.5%

Fat Orange Cat, Baby Elves. This is a 9% double IPA version of Baby Kittens, featuring the same hops (Galaxy Citra and Simcoe) just more of them.

We just stocked up on barrel aged sours from some of our favorite breweries!

Cellador, Let All the Children Boogie. We threw the kitchen sink at this beer, but oh does it it all come together in a beautiful way. Despite the myriad adjuncts, this is a very subtle beer with lots of complexity. The nectarine and strawberry actually work beautifully together; each comes through distinctly but the sum of the parts makes music in your mouth. The subtle oak from the barrel aging and the cedar likewise perform an elegant dance together. So get on up and boogie down with this stellar wild ale. 6%

Grimm, On Fairy Stories. This is a foeder-fermented spelt saison w/ jasmine flowers and grapefruit zest. 6%

De Garde, The Blackberry. We had the opportunity to work with some young plantings of a newer Blackberry variety called Columbia Star that were grown at our favorite berry farm this year. They're particularly dark and juicy berries. They scream 'blackberry' more intensely than we've seen before. Spontaneously fermented barrels of beer, aged for at least two years, married with this whole, Oregon grown fruit in secondary oak tanks. They produced this electric new iteration of a team favorite. 7%

Logsdon, One Trick Penguin. This particular blend contains classic farmhouse ale brewed with our house yeast blend and refermented with Brettanomyces and plums previously used in Pruim ’n Brett, classic farmhouse ale refermented on the Pinot Noir grapes used in Two Rivers Noir, spontaneously fermented wild ale refermented on the Jubileum cherries used in Mount Hood Magic, and a very small amount of Belgian-style golden ale to temper acidity and provide healthy yeast for bottle conditioning. 6.8%

Grimm, On Fairy Stories. This is a foeder-fermented spelt saison w/ jasmine flowers and grapefruit zest. 6%

De Garde, The Blackberry. We had the opportunity to work with some young plantings of a newer Blackberry variety called Columbia Star that were grown at our favorite berry farm this year. Theyre particularly dark and juicy berries. They scream blackberry more intensely than weve seen before. Spontaneously fermented barrels of beer, aged for at least two years, married with this whole, Oregon grown fruit in secondary oak tanks. They produced this electric new iteration of a team favorite. 7%

Logsdon, One Trick Penguin. This particular blend contains classic farmhouse ale brewed with our house yeast blend and refermented with Brettanomyces and plums previously used in Pruim ’n Brett, classic farmhouse ale refermented on the Pinot Noir grapes used in Two Rivers Noir, spontaneously fermented wild ale refermented on the Jubileum cherries used in Mount Hood Magic, and a very small amount of Belgian-style golden ale to temper acidity and provide healthy yeast for bottle conditioning. 6.8%

Fresh hazy IPAs from our friends at Hop Butcher for the World just landed!

Undefeated. This is a hazy IPA hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic + Phantasm. A hot and advanced Cryo hit the market and sold out in three minutes. An idea for a beer dashed…but wait we thought…we have the nuts and bolts to still do it. Hand selected T-90s of all three hops combined with the grape skin explosiveness of Phantasm produces bright papaya, grapefruit, orange and lime. Pours a real bright yellow and drinks incredibly soft and smooth. 6.5%

Skrap Metal. This is a hazy DIPA hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and El Dorado. The last beer we brewed at Aquanaut to the north off Wolcott and very much the next wave of hazy beer we started brewing at the time. Nothing quite as edgy a hop as Ekuanot…maybe Riwaka. Big dirty tangerine and guava with a dank that will keep you guessing. Skrap lurks. 7.5%
