Mikkeller, BetelGeuze. this is a blend of a 1, 2, 3 year old lambic then dry hopped with an astonishing 12 different hops.

Mikkeller/ grassroots, barrel aged wheat is the new hop. wheat india pale ale brewed with brett and aged in chardonnay barrels.
